Holden White enters his first season as Brown’s assistant coach for the 2022 season.

White comes to College Hill after a playing career at Eastern Connecticut State, where he posted a career .381/.455/.611 slash line over three seasons for the Warriors. As a senior in 2021, he batted .384 with 38 hits, 24 runs, 26 RBI and four home runs over 31 games, serving as the team’s first baseman. He earned second team all-conference honors and helped lead the nationally ranked Warriors to the NCAA Division III Regionals.

Prior to arriving at Eastern, White played at Wake Forest during his freshman season in 2017. He graduated from Kingswood Oxford School in 2016, where he was ranked as the No. 431 prospect in the nation by Perfect Game, and the top prospect in New England by Prep Baseball Report. He was named a 2016 Rawlings-Perfect Game Honorable Mention All-American and was selected to compete in the Area Code Games in California.

White entered the coaching ranks in the summer of 2021 as an assistant coach for the Norwich Sea Unicorns of the Futures Collegiate Baseball League.

White graduated from Eastern Connecticut State in 2021 with a degree in communications.
